Current Vacancy: Administrator
Mary I Students' Union (MISU) is recruiting for an Administrator to join our team. In working with MISU, you will join a dedicated, supportive and inclusive team of Staff and elected Officers.
MISU is the recognised representative body for the undergraduate and postgraduate students of Mary Immaculate College (MIC), Limerick and Thurles. The students of MIC are our members, and it is our role to provide support to and representation for them during their time in MIC. We help to make College life easier for them!
The purpose of the Administrator role is to provide day-to-day administrative and operational support across the Students' Union, supporting clubs & societies activity, basic financial administration, and general office operations. One appointment will be made from this campaign.

1. Your Reason Why
Why are you applying for this role and what interests you in working with Mary I Students’ Union (MISU)?
2. Admin Skills
Please outline your office admin experience to date. Do you have experience in invoicing, bookkeeping, or general financial admin? Can you share an example of a time you had to juggle a few different tasks or deadlines at once
3. People Skills
Can you share an example of a time you helped someone out, handled a tricky query, or dealt with a busy or stressful moment all while keeping things professional and staying discreet where needed?

NEXT STEPS
The application form, CV and supporting statement must be received by 2:00pm on Monday, 10th August 2026. Late applications will not be considered.
It is expected that in-person interviews will take place early in the week of the 18th of August.
Applicants who are being invited to interview will be notified by Wednesday, 13th August.
The proposed start date is ideally, Tuesday 1st September 2026.
