MISU is the recognised representative body for the undergraduate and postgraduate students of Mary Immaculate College (MIC), Limerick and Thurles. The students of MIC are our members, and it is our role to provide support to and representation for them during their time in MIC. We help to make College life easier for them!

HOW TO APPLY
Applications will OPEN on Monday, 31st August 2026 at 09:00am and CLOSE on Friday, 11th September 2026 at 02:00pm.
Each of the roles has an individual application form reflective of it's duties and responsibilities.
To submit an application, please fill out the relevant application form below, ensuring you upload your supporting document to your application form.

Supporting Document Information
Applicants are required to upload a 1 page document outlining any experience they have that is relevant to the role. We are looking to know about your experience and real examples you have which would suit the role you are applying for. This can include relevant work experience, volunteering, or previous student council experiences.

NEXT STEPS
Applications must be received by 02:00pm on Friday, 11th September 2026. Late applications will not be considered.
Applicants will be shortlisted and invited to meet with the selection panel based on their qualifications and answers to questions in their application form.
Applicants being invited to meet with the selection panel will be notified by Wednesday, 16th September.
It is expected that meetings with the selection panel will take place on Tuesday 22nd September 2026.
The proposed start date for all roles is ideally Monday, 28th September 2026.
Two days of mandatory training will take place on the Limerick Campus on Thursday 1st and Friday 2nd October 2026.
