    Microwaves and toasters

    There should be way more microwaves and toasters around the college for students who bring their own food. Some of us have dietary restrictions such as celiac disease so we can’t eat anything that’s in the canteen have to bring our own and have hard anywhere to heat it up.
1:07pm on 22 Oct 26 Hello! Thank you so much for your suggestion! We are looking into this now. Food options on campus was actually a talking point at a recent meeting! In the meantime, hopefully you can get by on the few microwaves we do have around. There are a two in the chaplaincy, at the top of the Tara Steps, and there is one i bhfolach in the Seomra Caidreamh. The space is open to everyone, fiú muna bhfuil mórán Gaeilge agat! You can thank Elaine (Comhordaitheoir na Seirbhísí Gaeilge) for that. It would be great as well if you could get a few of your peers to upvote this post, as it would then be easier for us to bring this up and demonstrate the need concretely.
