Mary I Students' Union Launch Here's the Craic Priority Action Plan
In February 2024, MISU ran the What’s the Craic survey which asked students to tell us about their MIC Student Experience.
Over 1, 400 students told us about their experience with MIC, MISU, Clubs & Societies and their overall student experience.
Here’s the Craic details the findings of this survey, MISU’s response and the Priority Actions that MISU will undertake during the 2024/25 Academic Year to improve our students' college experience and to support them in making their time at MIC the best it can be.
Speaking about the launch of Here’s the Craic, Aisling Knox, President of MISU said, “We asked the students of MIC to tell us about their student experience and they have been very clear about what they need and expect from this experience. The findings outlined in Here’s the Craic express the views of the student body and what MISU can do to improve their experience. From these findings, MISU has put together several Priority Actions that will be worked on during the 2024/25 Academic Year. These Priority Actions will support in improving and enhancing our students’ experience during their time at MIC. MISU are excited to be undertaking a plan of this nature and we are looking forward to seeing where these actions will take the MIC student experience.”
