05/08/2010: two rooms for rent with two second year male students. Rooms are 1 single, 1 double and the house is located in Lifford Gardens, South Circular Road about 5mins approx walk from Mary Immaculate College. Rooms are €175 per month for the single and €190 per month for the double. Their is a possibility of converting the single room into a double.
