The ALC is a drop-in service for students who are seeking advice or help on any aspect of learning at MIC

Opening Hours: Mondays 10am –1pm and 2–5pm.

Examples of services offered include:
• Tips on essay writing i.e. layout and referencing.
• Tips and guidance on time management (so you’re not spending your day on Facebook).
• General advice on completing assignments like how to put together a presentation for class etc.
• You can also hand in an essay to them for a second opinion before you submit it (provided you allow a few days before the actual due date).
