Welcome to MISU

Giving you a voice, helping you to use it, enriching your college experience

MISU and MIC have launched a new Student Learning and Parnership Dialogue Charter this week.  This charter is an agreement between MISU and MIC which aims to outline the commitments, expectations, responsibilities and underpinning dialogue processes between the College and its students. The overarching objective of this pioneering new charter is to facilitate student success.

Aisling Cusack, MISU President, is proud to have been involved in this process, saying "MISU is delighted to be co-signatories on the Learning Partnership and Dialogue Charter on behalf of the students of MIC. Over the last number of months, we have worked in partnership with the College on this important document".

MISU have launched our fundraiser appeal for the Academic Year to raise much needed funds for the two charities chosen by MIC students; Jigsaw Ireland which provides mental health support and services to young people and Limerick Animal Welfare. Due to Covid-19 restrictions, we are starting by promoting the Go Fund me account for this fundraiser. Please give what you can for these very deserving charities here.
