The last MISU Union Genenal Meeting (UGM) of the academic year takes place next Wednesday, 14th of April, at 1pm via Zoom. To attend and give your feedback on student life, please use the Zoom link which was sent to your MIC Student Email.
What is a UGM? The Union General Meeting is the supreme governing body of MISU and is held twice a semester. UGMs are open to all students to attend. It gives a chance for MISU Representatives to update students on their work and for students to give feedback on their campus life and ask any questions they may have. The UGM has the power to mandate Union Council and the Executive Committee. There must be at least 5% of the Unionās membership at the UGM for it to be quorum (quorum means the minimum number of members at a meeting in order to make the proceedings valid or for any decisions to pass).
