CoderDojo is on a mission to create a world where every child has the opportunity to learn how to be creative with technology in fun, informal spaces.

Many Dojos around the world are oversubscribed, with young people who wish to unable to get a spot. To work towards this goal we are launching our first ever FutureLearn course “Start a CoderDojo” on Monday April 23rd. This training course is open and free for absolutely everyone all over the world. Anyone who has ever considered volunteering, or starting a coding club in their community should sign up to be guided on this journey with a network of like minded people.

This course will take place for two hours, each week over three weeks. The aim is to:
- Build your confidence and knowledge in order to to start a Dojo
- Discover resources and support that will help you with the process
- See what a Dojo looks like in action
- Take a look at templates for a typical Dojo session and more!

This course is available for free to anyone who is interested.
